The Little Yolk began life as a small food market stall, trading
at Maltby Street, Chelsea Market & Startisans Market.
This is a review of our stall from the lovely people at HOLY BRUNCH:
Found at the end of the narrow Maltby Street Market, they have taken your craving for brunch, cooked it up fresh in their adorable little frying pans and popped it between two toasted brioche buns. With only a few offerings written upon their chalkboard stand, they have ensured each is as appealing as the next - opt for The Bacon One or The Eggs Benedict One to ensure your essential brunch-ingredients are included. The Chorizo and Kale One is delicious,; sweet brioche buns house an ensemble of not-so-classic brunch items: a tangy tomato chutney topped with masses of salty, steamed (slightly al dente) kale. Atop this is a generous portion of spicy, flavoursome chorizo. A huge, smooth duck egg and grilled cherry tomatoes finish this brunch burger off perfectly, however, the runny yolk and stacked-high inners make this a challenge to eat.
